In line with Mabanee's sustainability strategy, its commitment and adherence to environmental, social, and governance practices, and its development of sustainable projects, Mabanee proudly announced that the Aventura-J3 project meets the requirements and standards of the LEED v4 rating system for the design and construction of green buildings. The project received a precertification from the Gold category from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), which indicates that the project is on track to become a green, sustainable, LEED-certified building.

The Avenues obtained 3 medals within the Health Promoting Mall Initiative from the Healthy Cities Office - Ministry of Health in the State of Kuwait - for its excellence in: 1- Waste management. 2- Security, safety, and emergency procedures. 3- Community services (citizen service).

The Avenues is the first mall in kuwait to obtain the silver LEED certification. LEED is an international certification in Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.

The Avenues won ‘Brand of the Year’ award at the World Branding Awards in the Shopping Mall category 2022.

Waldorf Astoria Kuwait won the MEED Projects Award as ‘Hotel Project of the Year’ for 2022.
