LEED Gold Certification
As part of its continued commitment to adopting best sustainability practices, The Avenues has become the first shopping mall in Kuwait to achieve the LEED Gold certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
LEED Gold Precertification- Souk Sabah
حصول مشروع سوق صباح على شهادة ما قبل الاعتماد الأولية من الفئة الذهبية من مجلس المباني الخضراء الأمريكي (USGBC)، وهو ما يمنح المشروع الضوء الأخضر باتباعه الطريق الصحيح نحو الريادة كمبنى أخضر مستدام وحاصل على شهادة LEED.
Aventura - LEED precertification
Aventura received a precertification from the Gold category from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), which indicates that the project is on track to become a green, sustainable, LEED-certified building.
Excellence Awards
The Avenues obtained 3 medals within the Health Promoting Mall Initiative from the Healthy Cities Office - Ministry of Health in the State of Kuwait - for its excellence in: 1- Waste management. 2- Security, safety, and emergency procedures. 3- Community services (citizen service).
