SOUK SABAH

Sabah Al-Ahmad (S3) is Mabanee's latest project valued at KD 26 million in the south of Kuwait City. The mixed-use project includes a gross leasable area of 23,200 square meters, and will consist of a hotel, mall, shops, restaurants and cafes, green spaces, cinema, supermarket, family entertainment areas, and a multi-story car park with a capacity to accommodate 500 vehicles.


The mall component “Souk Sabah” will reflect the character of a traditional Kuwaiti marketplace, as its architecture will be derived from the Kuwaiti heritage. The market will also include several areas, each of which will have its own identity to create a sense of belonging and history.


As for the hotel that will be developed within the project, it will the 3-star Hampton Inn and will include 110 rooms.
